Water drips from the edge of the cloud and runs down the little mountain below. It's oddly fun to watch.
Mist out the top
A soft stream of mist rises from the top of the cloud. It's a humidifier first, adding moisture to the air right where you sit.
Colorful mood lights
The tank glows blue, green, pink, purple or warm white. Hit Light on the remote to switch it up.
2, 4 or 8 hour timer
Set it for 2, 4 or 8 hours and the little lights on the base show which one's on. It turns off when time's up, so you don't have to.

What if I don't like it?
Email us within 30 days of delivery. If it's unused and in its original packaging, send it back for a refund (return postage is on you). If it arrived damaged or faulty, we replace or refund it instead.
Can I use essential oils in it?
Yes. It works as an aroma diffuser, so add a few drops of your favorite oil to the water and the mist carries the scent.
Is it loud?
It runs quiet, so it's easy to keep on a desk or nightstand while you work or wind down.
How does the timer work?
Pick 2, 4 or 8 hours with the buttons on the base or the Timing button on the remote. It turns off when the time's up.
Which colors can I get?
White cloud or Green cloud. Both sit on a warm wood grain base, and either one glows in any light color you pick.
When will it arrive?
About 9 to 16 days from your order, with tracking. Shipping's $8 flat and free on orders over $70.

What people usually ask before they order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 5 to 10 business days for most US addresses, which works out to roughly 9 to 16 days from when you order. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Where do you ship from?
Our fulfilment partners ship from warehouses overseas. That's why delivery takes longer than it would from a domestic retailer.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. If you've simply changed your mind, return postage is on you. Once we receive it, your refund goes to your original payment method within 5ā10 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund. If you've changed your mind, you pay the return postage.
How do I start a return?
Email us your order number and we'll send a return address and instructions within one business day. Please don't post anything back before contacting us.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and in most cases you won't need to send the damaged item back.
Where is my order?
You can check it yourself on our tracking page. Enter your order number without the # (so 1001, not #1001) along with the email you used at checkout.
Don't worry if tracking shows nothing for the first week. The first scan doesn't happen until the parcel reaches a sorting hub. An order that hasn't shipped yet can't be tracked at all, so if you ordered in the last day or two there's nothing to find yet.
Most US orders land 9 to 16 days after you order. If it's been longer than that, email help@calmlygoods.com with your order number and we'll chase it.
My tracking hasn't updated. Is my order lost?
Tracking can take up to a week to show its first scan, and that's normal. If there's still no movement 20 business days after dispatch, email us and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us as soon as you can. Once tracking is issued we can't stop the parcel, but you can still return it under the 30-day policy.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
If your country charges import duty or tariffs, that cost is set by your customs authority. Check your own rules before ordering.
Is my payment secure?
Checkout runs on Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
How do I reach you?
Email us any time, or just reply to any order email. A real person answers within one business day.
