Shipping, returns & refunds

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 10–20 business days for most addresses. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Where do you ship from?
Our fulfilment partners ship from overseas warehouses, which is why delivery takes longer than a domestic retailer. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after checkout.
My tracking hasn't updated. Is my order lost?
Tracking can take up to a week to show its first scan. That is normal. If there is still no movement 30 business days after dispatch, email us and we will replace it or refund you in full.
What is your refund policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund for any reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive it back, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and we will send a return address and instructions within one business day. Please do not post anything back before contacting us.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. For a change-of-mind return, return postage is yours to cover.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full, and you will not need to send the damaged item back.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if it has not shipped. Email us as soon as possible. Once tracking is issued we cannot stop the parcel, but you can still return it under the 30-day policy.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
If your country charges import duty or tariffs, that cost is set by your customs authority. Check your own rules before ordering.
Is my payment secure?
Checkout runs on Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
