Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Where your order ships from

Our fulfilment partner ships from an overseas warehouse. We would rather tell you that before you buy than surprise you afterwards.

Delivery time

Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days of dispatch — roughly 9–16 days from when you place the order. Remote addresses and busy periods can take longer.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat $8.00, and free on orders over $70. Express is $15.00.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel ships. Tracking can take up to a week to show its first scan. That is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

Customs and import duties

If your country charges import duty, tariffs or handling fees, those are set by your customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, email us and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
