Each piece is made to order: printing and packing take up to 5 business days, then it ships from the US with tracking and arrives in about 2 to 5 business days. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Can I return a personalized item?
Because each card is printed with your own words, personalized items can’t be returned or refunded for a change of mind. Please check your message and spelling before you order: the card is printed exactly as you type it.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement. That covers damage in transit, a faulty piece, or a card that doesn’t match what you typed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. Personalized orders go into production quickly, so we can only change or cancel them before printing starts.
